2. Customers purchasing any painting, drawing, photograph or piece of writing from this website may not make a reproduction or copy of that image without express approval of Justin Barnard, in which case an additional charge may be requested.
3. Customers paying for a download of an image or piece of writing to their own computer may take a single print only. In taking a download customers accept that they will not take more than one print from that electronic file or send that electronic file to any third party. They further agree to delete the electronic image once the single print has been made.
4. Persons browsing this website will not make any copy of any image or piece of writing direct from their or any third party computer screen whether via print-screen technology, photographic image, or by any other method.
5. Any customer whose location or delivery method entails incurring delivery and/or postal charges significantly in excess of the standard % rate specified on the website for the carriage of any item sold will pay any excess charge to the website owner.
6. To the maximum extent permitted under the law the website owner does not accept any liability for damage to the computer, personal property or any other aspect of any third party, customer or otherwise, occurring as a result of using any service provided by this website or the business Just Pictures or the website owner in any respect whatsoever.
